The Great White Shark is arguably the world’s largest known primary predator. With the largest individuals known to have approached or exceeded 6m (20ft) in length and 2 268kg (5000lb) in weight. This Great White reaches its maturity around 15 years of age and can have a life span of over 30 years. So come and join us in exploring one of nature’s most feared predators.

Highlights of the day:

 

• Early or late morning pick up

• A 2hr drive from Cape Town to Gansbaai

• Light breakfast upon arrival can be enjoyed at the crew house

• The safety briefing and will follow with the launching of the boat at the

  Kleinbaai Harbor

• Light refreshments and drinks will be available on the boat

• 3-5 hrs can be experienced out at sea depending on the activity of the

  sharks

• A light lunch will be served on return back at the crew house

• After all the excitement we return to Cape Town via Hermanus

• With an opportunity for Land Based Whale Watching in Walker Bay
